At HBP, we can receive your order into our bustling warehouse via phone, fax, email or website. Once your order is placed it enters our queue of orders to be finalised and sent out. Our warehouse staff will pick and ship in the same sequence they receive orders.
Once the order has been picked, it is then carefully checked and then quality sealed. The order is then promptly dispatched or set aside for pickup depending on your preference.
Our orders are normally processed within a few hours of receiving them within business hours.

Both public/ retail and our trade customers can take benefit from our unified free shipping threshold, order $200.00 or more in products and receive free standard shipping on your order. Any orders placed with product value less than $200.00 will be able to take advantage of our low flat rate of $15. Please note that free shipping thresholds only apply to orders that contain standard size products. Any bulky or furniture orders should refer to the advise below.
If your order consists of any bulky or furniture items, your freight charge will be calculated at time of checkout, this will exclude your order from being eligible for our free shipping threshold.
