At HBP, we can receive your order into our bustling warehouse via phone, fax, email or website. Once your order is placed it enters our queue of orders to be finalised and sent out. Our warehouse staff will pick and ship in the same sequence they receive orders.
Once the order has been picked, it is then carefully checked and then quality sealed. The order is then promptly dispatched or set aside for pickup depending on your preference.
Our orders are normally processed within a few hours of receiving them within business hours.
We place a strong emphasis on getting it right, with promptness and efficiency in mind.
